I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted an update. Life has been… well, busy. I warned you that my EMT class would take some time from writing, and it has. A lot. Mountains of bureaucratic paperwork have been moved to register with the appropriate state and federal agencies. I’m now officially and legally an EMT-in-training.

Meanwhile, Shadow and Light chapter 5 is progressing. I’ve got two scenes done, and I’m working on the third. I’m hoping to finish up writing today, and then I’ll spend a few days editing. The chapter should be ready to go on Patreon early next week.

As for the audiobook, I’m still hoping it will happen. Unfortunately, so far I’m still waiting for samples from the two readers who said they’d make them. For right now, it’s not a high priority. Getting the rest of the book written, on the other hand, is. And learning how to save lives.
